March 13, 2020 - Worker's Compensation and the New Hampshire Retirement System
Anne is looking forward to presenting to the Commission regarding options, elections and coordination of benefits for injured state employees under Workers’ Compensation and the New Hampshire Retirement System.
The meeting which will be held in the legislative office building is open to the public and following a short presentation there will be an opportunity for Q&A.
Attorney Rice will discuss the options and benefits available for injured state employees seeking accidental disability retirement benefits in coordination with their available protections and rights under Worker’s Compensation.
In addition, Attorney Rice expects to take questions regarding the recent amendments to the Worker’s Compensation law as related to PTSD and ASD cases for our state’s first responders.
